The customer manager is a repository of contact information for our buyers. It records the information of each registered buyers.
It also allows the administrator to create new customer account and modify existing accounts.
Whenever there's an addition or deletion in stock, the Inventory Manager records it.
The purchasing Manager lets you know when quantities of particular items have reached minimum levels - which you prescribe in the Product Manager and alerts you to generate purchase orders. The purchase orders are then entered into the Inventory Manager and can even be forwarded to vendors.
Here you enter products into the catalog, assign products to a specific category, and set minimum inventory amounts for each products. You are also able to adjust prices, discounts, and inventory for each product.
The Catalog Manager works together with the Product Manager to build your stores' catalog structure. You can create categories and sub-categories of any size; rearrange categories; delete categories; and display products in any order.
Operators use the Store Manager to process customer orders and to generate invoices. It also allow supplier to check purchase history, update shipping information, and update payment status of its customers.
Operators use the Sales Manager to check for incoming Request for Quotation (RFQ), submit quotation to customers, and check quotation history.
System administrator use the Admin Manager to create new buyer account, modify or delete existing accounts.
